目的 探讨模糊聚类法在储粮粉螨分类研究中的应用。方法 从 19种粮食中分离出的粉螨经软划分法建立模糊相似矩阵后 ,采用直接编网分类和带权重αi 编网分类。结果 采用带权重αi 分类比较符合实际生境分布 ;以家食甜螨、伯氏嗜木螨、拱殖嗜渣螨、长食酪螨、梅氏嗜霉螨、干向酪螨为优势种 ,集中分布在特定粮食类生境中 ,同时伴随多种其他螨种 (腐食酪螨、粗脚粉螨、粉尘螨、弗氏无爪螨 )分布广泛。结论 在粮食生境中既存在优势种分布 ,也存在多样性分布。
Objective To study the application of fuzzy clustering method in the classification of powder mites. Methods The acaroid mite isolated from 19 kinds of grain was divided into soft similarity matrix by soft division method and then classified by direct classification and weighted αi classification. The results using the weight αi classification more in line with the actual distribution of habitats; to home sweet mites, Parruthia spp., Arch archery mites, long food cheese mites, muskmelon Meyer, dry to mites mites as the dominant species, focus Distribution in a particular habitat of food, accompanied by a variety of other mites species (rot Furan, mites, dust mites, mites mites) widely distributed. Conclusion There are both dominant species distribution and diversity distribution in food habitats.
