目的探讨食管癌组织中9p21(D9S171)杂合性丢失在食管癌发生中的作用。方法抽提正常和肿瘤组织中的DNA,应用9p染色体微卫星标志,经聚合酶链反应,检测食管癌组织中9p21的杂合性丢失。结果32例食管癌组织,14例出现9p21位点条带的缺失,杂合性丢失率为43.7%。杂合性丢失与临床病理之间无明显关系。结论杂合性丢失在高发区食管癌病人中有较高的检出率,表明杂合性缺失与食管癌的形成密切相关。
Objective To investigate the role of loss of heterozygosity of 9p21 (D9S171) in esophageal cancer in esophageal cancer. Methods The DNA in normal and tumor tissues was extracted. The 9p chromosome microsatellite markers were used. Polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect the loss of heterozygosity of 9p21 in esophageal cancer tissues. Results There were 32 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and 14 cases had the deletion of 9p21 loci. The loss rate of heterozygosity was 43.7%. Loss of heterozygosity was not significantly related to clinical pathology. Conclusion Loss of heterozygosity has a high detection rate in patients with esophageal cancer in high-risk areas, indicating that loss of heterozygosity is closely related to the formation of esophageal cancer.
