国民政府时期,对于夏河县边疆教育的发展,政府着眼于整个民族国家的建设,地方实力派则更关注本族群的利益。着眼点的不同,并没使双方产生激烈的冲突。究其原因,一方面发展边疆教育促进边疆族群知识技术水平的提高,符合双方的利益;另一方面,国民政府在发展边疆教育中注意协调与地方实力派的关系,并尊重其风俗与利益。地方实力派对国民政府势力渗透的抵制,也能以不损害国家的团结稳定为前提。同时我们还应看到,日益严峻的边疆危机特别是日本的侵略,正是边疆教育与西北地区融入民族国家建设最大的障碍。
During the period of the Kuomintang government, for the development of the education in the frontier areas of Xiahe County, the government focused on the construction of the nation-state as a whole, and the local strength groups paid more attention to the interests of the ethnic groups. The different points of view did not create a fierce conflict between the two sides. On the one hand, the development of frontier education to promote the improvement of knowledge and skills of frontier ethnic groups is in the interest of both sides; on the other hand, the Kuomintang government should pay attention to coordinating with local power groups and respecting its customs and interests in the development of frontier education. The resistance of the local strength factions to infiltration of the KMT government can also be premised on not undermining the unity and stability of the country. At the same time, we should also see that the increasingly serious border crisis, especially Japan’s aggression, is exactly the biggest obstacle to the education in border areas and the integration of the northwest into the nation-state building.
