为了使利用污泥制备的轻骨料有较好的稳定性,选择了碳酸钙、九零型碳化硅和八零型碳化硅三种膨胀剂,研究了不同膨胀剂对轻骨料性能的影响,利用热重(TG)分析曲线分析了三种膨胀剂导致轻骨料膨胀的原因,比较了膨胀剂对轻骨料颗粒强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:污泥掺量35%、页岩45.5%、粉煤灰19.5%时,外加八零型碳化硅在0.10%~0.16%范围变化时,制备的轻骨料性能较稳定,掺0.12%的轻骨料,经1170℃焙烧轻骨料1 h吸水率为0.86%,24 h吸水率仅仅为1.63%,颗粒强度分别为9.8 MPa,是低吸水、高强度轻的骨料。
In order to make the light aggregate prepared by sludge have better stability, three kinds of expansive agents, calcium carbonate, 90-type silicon carbide and 80-type silicon carbide, were selected to study the effect of different expansive agents on the properties of light aggregate . The reasons for the expansion of lightweight aggregates due to the three expansive agents were analyzed by thermogravimetry (TG) analysis curve. The effects of expansive agent on the strength and water absorption of lightweight aggregate were compared. The results show that when the sludge content is 35%, the shale is 45.5% and the fly ash is 19.5%, the properties of the light aggregate are stable with the addition of 80% silicon carbide in the range of 0.10% ~ 0.16% with 0.12% The light absorbance of light aggregate was 0.86% after 1 h calcined at 1170 ℃, the water absorption rate was only 1.63% at 24 h and the particle strength was 9.8 MPa respectively. It was a kind of aggregate with low water absorption and high strength.
