心输出量是权衡心脏功能状态的良好指标。既往测定的心输出量以创伤性侵入性较多。近年来无创伤性非侵入法(阻抗法)已相继用于临床和科研,为心脏功能测定、血流动力学观察创造了良好条件。我区地处高原,大气压与氧分压均低于低海拔区,心输出量等血流动力学参数的正常值是多少?与某些疾病对照有哪些异同之处?这是本文要探索的内容。检测对象所有检测对象以当地驻军干部、战士为主。经常规体检、X光、心电图、血压等检查,证明无心血管疾病者列为正常组。其中男325人、女67人,共计392人。对照组66人,其中高血压21人、肺心病37人、冠心病8人。正常组按性别、年令分为<25岁组、26~45岁组、>46岁组。对照组不再分组。
