目的 通过观察 89Sr治疗转移性骨痛的疗效和副作用 ,探讨 89Sr的临床应用价值。方法 38例转移性骨痛患者接受 6 0 μ Ci/ kg剂量的 89Sr治疗 ,随访观察止痛效果及副作用。结果 38例患者接受 89Sr治疗后显效达 2 8.9%,有效 5 5 .3%,无效 15 .8%。起效时间为 3～ 10天 ,疗效维持 4～ 6个月。未发现严重不良反应。结论 89Sr治疗转移性骨痛总有效率达 84.2 %,止痛效果好 ,并可重复多次给药 ,安全性高 ,明显提高患者生存质量 ,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effect and side effects of 89Sr in the treatment of metastatic bone pain and to explore the clinical value of 89Sr. Methods Thirty-eight patients with metastatic bone pain received 89Sr at a dose of 60 μ Ci / kg. The analgesic effect and side effects were observed. Results 38 cases of patients receiving 89Sr treatment markedly effective up to 2 8.9%, effective 55.3%, 15.8% invalid. The onset time is 3 to 10 days, the efficacy of maintenance of 4 to 6 months. No serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion 89Sr treatment of metastatic pain total effective rate of 84.2%, analgesic effect, and repeated multiple administration, high safety, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
