目的探讨Notch1、Jagged1蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达特点、与肝癌临床特征的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测150例肝细胞癌组织及相应81例癌旁肝硬化组织、69例癌旁正常组织中Notch1和Jagged1蛋白的表达。结果在肝细胞癌、癌旁肝硬化和癌旁正常组织中,Notch1的阳性表达率分别为81.33%、32.10%和36.23%,Jagged1的阳性表达率分别为79.33%、30.86%和31.88%,Notch1、Jagged1在肝细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率均高于癌旁肝硬化和癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),Notch1、Jagged1在癌旁肝硬化和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Notch1、Jagged1的表达与肝细胞癌患者的临床特征无关(P>0.05);肝细胞癌组织中Notch1的表达与Jagged1的表达有关(P<0.05)。结论 Notch1、Jagged1可能对肝细胞癌的发生发展起促进作用,也可能对肝细胞癌的早期诊断和有效治疗提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its relationship with the clinical features of HCC. Methods The expressions of Notch1 and Jagged1 protein in 150 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and corresponding 81 cases of paracancerous cirrhosis and 69 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of Notch1 in hepatocellular carcinoma, paracancerous cirrhosis and adjacent normal tissues were 81.33%, 32.10% and 36.23%, respectively. The positive rates of Jagged1 were 79.33%, 30.86% and 31.88%, respectively. Notch1 , The positive expression rate of Jagged1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was higher than that in adjacent noncancerous cirrhosis tissues and adjacent normal tissues (P <0.05). There was no difference in the positive expression rates of Notch1 and Jagged1 in adjacent noncancerous cirrhosis and adjacent normal tissues Statistically significant (P> 0.05). The expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 was not related to the clinical features of hepatocellular carcinoma (P> 0.05). The expression of Notch1 in hepatocellular carcinoma was correlated with the expression of Jagged1 (P <0.05). Conclusion Notch1 and Jagged1 may promote the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma and may also be helpful for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
