在学习无产阶级专政理论运动深入发展的大好形势下,根据一机部(74)一机技字第506号文指示精神和74年9月天津予备会议的计划,于今年四月初,行业检查组分三个小组进行质量巡回检查。然后于5月7～13日由组长厂单位上海冶矿厂主持在洛阳召开了汇报交流总结会议。参加会议的有行业各成员厂有关领导干部,三个检查小组全体人员和有关研究所共17个单位的56名代表。
