“一带一路”作为一个倡议和愿景,具有特定的内涵指代。借鉴法国媒介学家雷吉斯·德布雷关于“媒介域”的洞见与阐释,本文认为,“一带一路”是在媒介学与传播符号学的互动空间范域——“媒介域”中型构为的一个不断被传播和赋意的舆论空间。“媒介域”的空间生产性与“一带一路”作为一种愿景叠加的符号传播体,具有从媒介倡议的词媒转化为愿景传播的内在逻辑和能动必由。本文针对“媒介域”中我们关于“一带一路”符号表意与舆论编码之不足,解析了营建互利共赢的开放舆论,创建互识认同的符号文化生态的理路,并强调了构建跨界的话语协作机制与适切和谐的符号修辞将有助于型塑“一带一路”的愿景认同。

In this paper, in view of the shortcomings of ”Belt and Road, “ symbol ideation and public opinion coding in ”Media Domain “, we analyze the open media that builds mutually beneficial win-win situation and create a symbolic cultural ecology of mutual recognition. The cross-border discourse collaboration mechanism and the appropriate and harmonious symbolic rhetoric will contribute to the vision identification of ”Belt and Road".
