本实验通过对66名不同胎龄新生儿,40名患感染性疾病新生儿血清20种游离氨基酸(FAA)和前白蛋白(PA)的测定。实验表明:小于胎龄儿(SGA)血中PA和部分FAA较适于胎龄儿(AGA)、大于胎龄儿(LGA)显著降低;感染组新生儿血清中部分FAA显著低于正常对照组,PA二组间无显著差异;SGA组、感染组其氨基酸比率出现类似蛋白—能量营养不良FAA图谱改变。结果提示:血PA和FAA是评估新生儿蛋白营养不良的敏感指标。在感染情况下,血清PA将受到其它因素影响,应慎重选择。
In this study, the determination of 20 kinds of free amino acids (FAA) and prealbumin (PA) in serum of 66 newborns with different gestational age and 40 newborns with infectious diseases were carried out. The results showed that PA and some FAA in blood of SGA were significantly lower than those of AGA and LGA, and the FAA in neonates with infection was significantly lower than that of normal controls , PA no significant difference between the two groups; SGA group, the infection group amino acid ratio similar protein - energy malnutrition FAA map changes. The results suggest that blood PA and FAA are sensitive indicators for assessing malnutrition in newborns. In the case of infection, serum PA will be affected by other factors, should be carefully selected.
