翼钢烧结原料品种多,烧结矿冶金性能变化大,致使高炉冶炼不稳定,出现焦比高、产量低、成本高等问题。笔者以翼钢现有南非矿、球团矿筛下、代县铁精矿粉、熔剂和返矿为烧结原料,对翼钢烧结矿进行优化配矿试验,分析了烧结矿各原料特性及不同配比烧结矿的冶金物理性能,测定了烧结矿的还原性、软化性、低温还原粉化率,并在此条件下结合线性规划方法,寻求适合翼钢烧结生产的最佳配矿方案。
