近5年来,世界风能市场每年都以40%的速度在增长。风电的优势在于发电能力每增加1倍,成本就下降15%。与大多数开发建设项目相似,风电场的建设也会对环境产生一些影响,如对地表的扰动破坏及水土流失的发生,这种影响相比于火力发电还是比较轻微的,并且通过积极的预防与治理这种影响是可以减轻甚至避免的。结合对辽宁省内已建、在建风电场的调查研究,分析了风电场建设过程中水土流失发生发展的特点,并参考水土流失治理比较成功的风电场工程,归纳了一些在风电场建设时比较可行的水土流失治理措施。
