本文对磨光清洁表面的电极是否存在首次似停滞效应及第二次高速效应进行了实验研究.文中指出,表面磨光并擦净的电极不存在电弧首次似停滞现象,电弧首次运动速度可达到第二次速度的数量级.实验结果还表明,二次后的各次跑弧速度均有相同的数量级,且与电极清洁或氧化等原始条件无关.文中通过对自然氧化达到两年的窄面电极进行的实验研究,进一步肯定了磁驱动电弧首次似停滞效应及第二次高速效应的非随机性.
