2011年暑期的三下乡实践,是为响应中宣部、团中央的号召,根据省委宣传部、团省委、省委高校工委的要求,以培养在读大学生体察民情,了解国情的能力为目的而进行的。期间,我院师生一行参观了江淮汽车企业,并进行了认真的研讨工作,从中学习到很多,也发现很多问题。我们就江淮汽车的企业特点、发展宗旨、经营目标等方面做出总结并根据中国企业文化建设的不足之处提出具体的意见。
