在对比一般铅芯橡胶支座受力性能的基础上,阐述了方形多铅芯橡胶支座的减振特点,并利用具体试验对其受力性能进行研究,得出与理论计算值相吻合的结果。以一座6跨连续刚构组合体系梁桥为实例,利用有限元分析软件计算其地震响应,得出具体软件数据,分析验证方形多铅芯橡胶支座的实际工程减震效果。研究结果表明,方形多铅芯橡胶支座竖向性能和水平性能很稳定,是理想桥梁结构的减震装置,在工程实践中应予以适当采用。
Based on the comparison of the mechanical performance of general lead rubber bearings, the vibration characteristics of square lead rubber bearings are expounded, and the mechanical performance of the square lead rubber bearings is studied by specific tests. The calculated results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones result. Taking a 6 - span continuous rigid frame composite girder bridge as an example, the seismic response was calculated by finite element analysis software, and the specific software data was obtained. The actual project damping effect of square multi - lead rubber bearing was verified. The results show that the vertical and horizontal performance of the square multi-lead rubber bearing is very stable. It is the ideal damping device for the bridge structure and should be properly adopted in engineering practice.
