钢坝在城市景观水闸设施中被广泛使用,但在河道与机房的隔断墙中埋设的穿墙管漏水严重,穿墙管的密封结构、圆周密封值得研究。由于钢坝的底轴同轴度的跳动较大,底轴长10m~60m,是分断并接,再加上安装、焊接等工艺影响,实际上是无法将轴跳动控制在0.2mm的,使用O型圈或密封填料是无法满足止水要求,本文提出端面密封、圆周密封组合结构,实现止水的作用。
Steel dam is widely used in urban landscape sluice facilities, but there is a serious water leakage through the wall pipe embedded in the partition wall between the river and the engine room. It is worth studying the seal structure and the circumferential seal of the wall pipe. Due to the larger bilge of the coaxiality of the bottom of the steel dam, the length of the bottom shaft is 10m ~ 60m, which is divided and connected. Coupled with the installation and welding process, it is virtually impossible to control the shaft runout at 0.2mm. O-ring or packing is unable to meet the sealing requirements, this paper presents a combination of end seal, seal the circumference, to achieve the role of stop water.
