三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性及泡沫的制备与研究

用聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,分别合成了三聚氰胺/多聚甲醛/聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性树脂和三聚氰胺/多聚甲醛/PVA/聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)改性树脂,并分别向3种树脂中加入一定量的发泡剂和固化剂等,对树脂进行发泡制成泡沫。通过红外光谱分析、TG、极限氧指数等测试对改性泡沫的耐热性及结构等作了测定分析,同时采用表观密度、泡孔尺寸等指标对泡沫进行性能测试和比较。实验结果表明:改性后泡沫材料的泡孔均匀性明显变好;三聚氰胺/多聚甲醛/PVA/PVB改性的泡沫耐热性能最好,并且其密度最小为36.89kg/m~3,可用作轻质耐热阻燃材料。 The melamine / paraformaldehyde / polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) modified resin and melamine / paraformaldehyde / PVA / polyvinyl butyral were synthesized by the modification of melamine formaldehyde resin with polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral PVB) modified resin, respectively, to the three kinds of resin by adding a certain amount of foaming agent and curing agent, the resin foaming foam. The heat resistance and structure of the modified foam were measured and analyzed by means of infrared spectrum analysis, TG, limiting oxygen index and so on. At the same time, the performance of the foam was tested and compared with the apparent density, cell size and other indicators. The experimental results show that the foamed cell uniformity of modified foam is obviously better. The melamine / paraformaldehyde / PVA / PVB modified foam has the best heat resistance and the minimum density is 36.89kg / m ~ 3 For light heat-resistant flame retardant materials.
