在各种钻削加工中,特别是在薄板及圆管上的钻削加工非常容易出现飞边现象。一般情况下飞边出现在薄板件上能够在钻孔后安排去除飞边的工序,但是飞边出现在圆管内就难以去除,更不符合进行合理化的作业要求。因此,人们期待取消去除飞边工序的钻削加工。这里介绍一下经过研制开发的不产生飞边的板爪式钻头。 1.板爪式钻头的特点和用途 （1）不出飞边,这是由特殊的立体形状刀刃决定的。 （2）切入好,下需要冲中心孔,手工作业中心对准快。 （3）圆度好,由于有圆刃带所以能够得到良好的圆度。
