在职称评审、干部考核等工作中常采用计算平均分的计分方法,该方法在实施过程中存在一定弊端。本文在“去掉一个最高分和一个最低分”的计分思路上拓展,根据各评委打分偏离平均分的不同程度计算各评委的评审偏离值。显然,评委的评审偏离值与评委的公正性能够成为正比。然后根据评委的评审偏离值用比例的方法演算出评委的评审权限值,确保打出最高分或最低分的评委的评审权限值是最小的,而最接近参评人最终分数的评委的评审权限值是最高的。最后由评委评审权限值对参评人的分数进行再次加权计算,通过实际案例计算证实这种评审方法得到的评审结果更趋于合理真实,同时可根据各评委的评审权限值大小进一步加强评委队伍的管理。
