主席:今天的技术座谈会是讨论分洪溃口(以下简称分溃)对测站H——Q关系的影响。1954年洪水期间,在长江中、下游由于水位高、水量大,曾遭到一些溃口,当我们与洪水斗争时,为了确保重点河段和工业城市,又主功地采取了一些分洪措施。因此在长江中下游许多测站因附近分溃,使其H——Q关系更形复杂,我们在作1954年洪水分析时,曾提出分溃对H——Q关系影响的问题,引起了同志们的争论,存在着一些不同意见,但究竟那一种意见较正确?始终未能得出结论。这次我们在修正“1954年长江的洪水”时,又提出这个问题,现趁“水文资料整编方法”即将修正的机会,请大家多提意见,以便集思广益,求得较正确的分析。
PRESIDENT: Today’s technical symposium will discuss the impact of flood diversion (hereinafter referred to as “breakup”) on the H-Q relationship of stations.
