提出了集成环境下工艺设计和生产调度的并行实现方法 ,讨论了备选工艺计划对调度结果的影响规律 ,给出了可实现多工艺备选的调度算法。仿真试验表明 ,增加工艺路线可以使零件的流通时间大大减少 ,资源利用率显著提高 ,是提高整个生产系统效率的有效途径
The parallel implementation method of process design and production scheduling in integrated environment is proposed. The influence of alternative process planning on scheduling result is discussed. The scheduling algorithm that can make multi-process alternative is given. The simulation results show that increasing the process route can greatly reduce the circulation time of parts and improve the resource utilization ratio significantly, which is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the entire production system
