按一般设备说明书所规定,当箱式电炉电阻丝被烧断后,应该停止送电,打开炉门,使炉温降至室温后,将电阻丝取出进行焊接。这样有以下几个缺点:1)由高温降至室温需很长时间(约2昼夜);2)当电阻丝使用日久后,由于很脆,不能取出,否则,破碎的很厉害,无法再用; 3)更重要的是影响了生产。后来我们采用了这样一种办法,还算满意,并能维持生产。即电阻丝被烧断后,用钳子(长的)和钩子将被烧断的两段
