供销社改革是我国农村经济改革的重要内容。而供销社改革最重要的环节是社有企业的改革。文章对社有企业改革的相关问题进行了分析。所涉及的问题是:社有企业改革的目标和阶段,社有企业的经营性与公益性的关系,社有企业分类改革的战略,社有企业联合发展的构想。正确处理这些问题是供销社社有企业改革的关键。林业产业化的发展需要走合作社的道路,供销社的改革对林区专业合作社的健康发展具有启示作用。
Supply and marketing cooperatives reform is an important part of China’s rural economic reform. The most important part of the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives is the reform of social enterprises. The article analyzes the related problems of social enterprise reform. The issues involved are: the objective and stage of social enterprise reform, the relationship between the operation of enterprises in the social sector and the public interest, the strategy of classifying enterprises in the social sector, and the concept of joint development of social enterprises. Correctly handling these problems is the key to the reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives. The development of forestry industrialization needs to follow the road of cooperatives, and the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives plays an enlightening role in the healthy development of forest specialized cooperatives.
