太极拳是中华民族的优秀文化遗产,是一项修心养性的拳术,其拳理与易理、医理密不可分。太极拳讲究形神兼修、动静结合,使人体阴阳平和,气血调达,脏腑协调,以达到强身健体、调达心志的目的。一、太极拳理源于易理、医理“太极”其名,取诸《易经·系辞》“易有太极,是生两仪”[1]。“太极”一词,内涵丰富,具有无限大与无限小的意义,意指万物的原始浑圆之气,其动而生阳,静而生阴,阴阳两气,互为其根,此消彼长,不断运动,变化万千,无休无止。太极拳依据太极之理,并以中医阴阳、气血、五行、经络、脏腑等理论形成的养生拳术。
