当前,我国新一轮基础教育化学课程改革正在有计划有步骤的推进中,化学新课程能否有效地顺利实施,关键在于高素质中学化学教师的培养和化学教师的专业发展。教育部副部长袁贵仁在2005年度教师教育工作会议的讲话指出,抓紧“研究制定《教师专业标准》、《教师教育机构资质标准》、《教师教育课程标准》、《教师教育质量标准》等新的规章,规范教师教育过程,建立教师教育准入制度,构建教师教育标准体系,形成教师教育质量监控机制”,这是当前教师教育和教师队伍建设的重点工作之一。因此,本文拟对在化学新课程改革背景下,中学化学教师专业标准的构建问题作初步的探讨。
At present, the new round of basic chemistry education curriculum reform in China is progressing in a planned way. The key to the successful implementation of the new chemistry curriculum is the cultivation of highly qualified middle school chemistry teachers and the professional development of chemistry teachers. Vice Minister Yuan Guiren of the Ministry of Education pointed out in his speech at the 2005 Teacher Education Work Conference that “We should study and formulate new standards for teachers’ professional standards, qualification standards for teacher education institutions, curriculum standards for teacher education, and quality standards for teacher education. Regulations govern the process of teacher education, establish a teacher education access system, and establish a teacher education standard system to form a monitoring mechanism for teacher education quality. This is one of the key tasks of current teacher education and teacher team construction. Therefore, this article intends to make a preliminary discussion on the construction of the professional standards for middle school chemistry teachers under the background of the new chemistry curriculum reform.
