建立和优化白首乌组织培养克隆化快速繁殖技术,为保护白首乌的野生资源,发展人工资源和探讨育种新途径奠定基础。在组织培养条件下进行白首乌愈伤组织的诱导、分化,试管苗复壮和生根等一系列技术优化试验。在培养基中适当添加矮壮素(PP333)能显著改善试管苗的素质,萘乙酸(NAA)对植株愈伤组织的生成具有十分有效的作用。PP333和NAA与激素配合使用,能十分有效地调控白首乌愈伤组织的分化、试管苗的生长与生根。
The establishment and optimization of the rapid culturing clone cloning technology of Radix Polygoni Multiflori tissue lays the foundation for the protection of the wild resources of Radix Shirativa, the development of artificial resources and the exploration of new breeding ways. In tissue culture conditions, the induction, differentiation of callus, callus rejuvenation and rooting of test tube seedlings were optimized. Appropriate addition of CCP (PP333) to the medium can significantly improve the quality of in vitro plantlets. NAA is very effective in plant callus formation. PP333 and NAA with hormones, can be very effective in regulating the differentiation of calluses, growth and rooting of in vitro plantlets.
