在以往的机械设计CAD系统中,人们根据设计要求,输入原始数据,通过查表、选择系数,计算设计所需的各部分参数,但一般一次只能得到一个方案。如果这个方案不合乎要求,就要重新设计一次。这样不但计算量大,而且过于繁琐。利用智能型PROLOG语言的逆向推理和自动回溯功能,可以大大简化这一过程。本文通过一个V带传动设计的例子,阐述了PROLOG语言在机械设计选型问题中的应用,对PROLOG语言的句法也作了扼要的介绍。
In the past, mechanical design CAD system, people according to the design requirements, enter the original data, through the look-up table, select the coefficients to calculate the design of the various parts of the parameters, but generally can only get a program. If this program does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to re-design. This is not only computationally intensive, but also too complicated. The use of intelligent PROLOG reverse reasoning and automatic backtracking capabilities, can greatly simplify this process. In this paper, through a case of V-belt drive design, the application of PROLOG language in the selection of mechanical design is expounded. The syntax of PROLOG language is also briefly introduced.
