利用普通小麦与八倍体小偃麦中4杂交,获得小麦品种中梁27。条锈病抗性鉴定结果显示,中梁27具有新的抗病基因。为进一步明确中梁27抗病新基因的来源,采用荧光原位杂交技术对其进行分子细胞学分析。结果表明,中梁27在A基因组有两个易位片段,分别为A/E基因组易位和A/St基因组易位,推测中梁27抗病基因可能来源于这两个易位片段。
The wheat variety Zhong Liang 27 was obtained by crossing the common wheat with the octoploid small-fruiting medium 4. Stripe rust resistance identification results show that Zhong Liang 27 has a new resistance gene. In order to further clarify the source of new genes for disease resistance in Zhongliang 27, molecular cytology analysis was carried out by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The results showed that Zhong Liang 27 had two translocation fragments in A genome, which were A / E genome translocation and A / St genome translocation respectively. It is speculated that the resistance gene of Zhong Liang 27 may be derived from these two translocations.
