针对电动工具用端面齿,采用刚塑性有限元法对其冷锻成形过程进行了分析,获得了材料变形过程中的等效应力、等效应变和成形载荷的分布规律。根据模拟结果分析了金属流动规律。研究表明:法兰下端面和弧形齿下端角隅处是最难充填区域,该类零件的成形宜用冷锻成形工艺。
In this paper, the rigid-plastic finite element method is used to analyze the cold forging process of electric tool face teeth, and the equivalent stress, equivalent strain and forming load distribution are obtained. According to the simulation results, the metal flow rule is analyzed. The results show that the lower end face of the flange and the corner of the lower end of the arc tooth are the most difficult filling areas. The forming of such parts should be made by the cold forging process.
