以“沾化冬枣”为试材,在露地栽培条件下,研究了叶面喷施富硒肥对冬枣营养品质的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施富硒肥果实中硒含量显著大于对照;叶面喷施富硒肥可以显著增加冬枣可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性固形物的含量,同时降低了有机酸和维生素C的含量,并在一定程度上抑制了贮藏时可溶性蛋白质含量的增加。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、有机酸和维生素C含量随着贮藏期延长而逐渐增多,可溶性固形物含量则随时间延长逐渐降低。相关性分析表明,可溶性糖含量与除可溶性蛋白质外的营养品质都有显著关系,维生素C和有机酸含量除与可溶性糖含量有显著相关性外,还与可溶性固形物含量呈显著负相关。综上所述,叶面喷施富硒肥能显著提高冬枣的营养品质,且随着冬枣在贮藏时由初红期向全红期转变,果实各项营养品质含量也逐渐提高。
With “Zhanhuadongzao” as test material, the effects of foliar application of Se-enriched fertilizer on the nutritional quality of Dongzao jujube were studied under field cultivation conditions. The results showed that the content of selenium in foliar sprayed selenium enriched fertilizer was significantly higher than that in the control. The foliar application of selenium enriched fertilizer could significantly increase the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and soluble solids in jujube jujube and reduced the contents of organic acids and vitamin C Content, and to some extent inhibited the increase of soluble protein content during storage. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, organic acid and vitamin C gradually increased with the prolongation of storage period, while the soluble solid content decreased gradually with time. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between soluble sugar content and nutritional quality except for soluble protein. There was a significant negative correlation between the content of vitamin C and organic acid and soluble solid content except soluble sugar content. In summary, foliar application of Se-enriched fertilizer can significantly improve the nutritional quality of jujube, and with the jujube jujube in storage from early red to full red transition, the nutritional quality of the fruit is also gradually increased.
