用钳夹法造成大鼠腓总神经损伤动物模型,灌胃给加味补阳还五汤进行治疗。研究结果显示:用药组再生神经轴索数和损伤神经再生率明显高于对照组P<0.05~0.01;用药组类似正常结构的髓鞘数目多;雪旺氏细胞增殖活跃;失神经肌萎缩程度轻。表明加味补阳还五汤对神经纤维再生、雪旺氏细胞活跃增殖、髓鞘形成及结构完整有明显促进作用。对失神经性肌萎缩有改善作用。为用中医中药治疗神经损伤提供了科学依据。
The animal model of rat common peroneal nerve injury was induced by the clamp method and the rats were treated with Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The results showed that the number of regenerating nerve axons and the rate of regeneration of damaged nerves in the medication group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 to 0.01); the number of myelin sheaths in the medication group was similar to the normal structure; the proliferation of Schwann cells was active; the degree of denervator muscle was atrophic light. It was shown that Modified Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction had a significant role in promoting nerve fiber regeneration, active proliferation of Schwann cells, myelination and structural integrity. There is an improvement in denervated muscle atrophy. For the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of nerve injury provides a scientific basis.
