我厂在碎焦炭利用方面本着“按材使用,材材有用”的原則,使所有剩余碎焦炭,全部使用到生产中去。現将我厂使用經驗介紹如下,供大家研究与使用时参考。 (一) 分类选篩: 1.将高爐,炼鋼、鑄鉄……等使用后,剩余的碎焦炭,在阳光下晒干(如条件允許,可微热烘干),用每时12~20孔的篩子过篩。篩下的炭末,灰分、杂質较多,不宜直接用于生产,建議在篩下的炭末中捲入10~20%的黄泥,調入适量的水分,搅拌后,做成炭球,供家庭取暖或烧饭用。 2.篩出的炭粒,以碾砂机碾压后,在每吋6孔和12孔篩子上对篩,篩出的大炭粒再加入碾砂机内碾压,二篩之間(即块度大于1.68毫米,小于3.36毫米的炭粒,可与适量的耐火
