本文研究了OP存在下,5-Br-PADAP与铜的灵敏显色反应。结果表明,在pH9的硼酸-硼砂缓冲溶液中,铜与5-Br-PADAP生成红色配合物,在550nm处测得表观摩尔吸光系数为1.67×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铜量在0-8μg/25mL符合比耳定律。用于测定铅样中微量铜,结果满意。
In this paper, the sensitive color reaction of 5-Br-PADAP with copper in the presence of OP was studied. The results showed that copper complexed with 5-Br-PADAP in the borate-borax buffer at pH 9 showed an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.67 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1 at 550 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0-8μg / 25mL of copper. For the determination of lead in trace copper, the results were satisfactory.
