1 病例报告患者 ,女 ,6 3岁 ,因进食阻噎感 8个月 ,胸闷、憋气 1个月 ,于 2 0 0 0年 4月 2 0日入院。既往无午后低热、盗汗、乏力、消瘦等病史。查体 :体温 36 9℃ ,呼吸、血压、脉搏正常 ,表浅淋巴结无肿大 ,心肺腹未及异常。肝、肾功能及血象正常。胸部ＣＴ报告上纵隔食管
1 case report Patients, female, 6 3 years old, 8 months due to eating obstruction, chest tightness, suffocation 1 month, on April 20, 2000 admission. Past no afternoon fever, night sweats, fatigue, weight loss and other medical history. Physical examination: body temperature 36 9 ℃, breathing, blood pressure, normal pulse, superficial lymph nodes without swelling, cardiopulmonary abdomen and abnormalities. Liver, kidney function and blood normal. Chest CT report on mediastinal esophagus
