历来认为舒张期高血压是导致心血管并发症的主要因素。本文报道Framingham地区收缩压和舒张压的20年随访资料。流行病学显示,收缩期高血压可能是比舒张期高血压更重要的预计心血管并发症的指示。
It has always been that diastolic hypertension is the leading cause of cardiovascular complications. This article reports the 20-year follow-up of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in Framingham. Epidemiology shows that systolic hypertension may be an indicator of the predicted cardiovascular complication that is more important than diastolic hypertension.
