一、前言可编程序只读存贮器(PROM)已在电子计算机、各种电子仪器和电子设备中得到了广泛的应用。目前,我国从国外购进了一批型号为93417的PROM组件,由于其集成度较高(1024位),可靠性高,各项特性参数又比较适中且能与普通TTL电路相容,所以很受用户欢迎。不少单位正在用它来更换原来的磁芯、二极管、小规模PROM等,从而使固定存贮器缩小了体积,提高了可靠性,降低了成本。随着使用数量的增加,预计93417类型PROM将进一步受到欢迎。正因为如此,国内的厂家也正在努力进行研究。93417如何编制程序(熔断),这是用户首先要遇到的问题。最近我厂研制了一台高效率的程序编制器。这台编制器结构简单,逻辑设计编排巧妙、功能比较齐全,效率较高,完全能适应工厂的大批量生产。
