长江葛洲坝工程局浇筑二分局设计和试制的步行式混凝土平仓振捣机(图1a、b),由葛洲坝水电工程学院测试和改进后,经评审鉴定,已正式投入使用。大型水电工程建设中,混凝土的浇筑方量大,浇筑强度高,体力劳动繁重。为提高浇筑生产率,保证浇筑质量和减轻工人劳动强度,采用机械化手段进行平仓振捣作业是十分必要的。现将该机特点和性能作如下介绍。
