流式细胞仪是当今基础医学和临床医学进行细胞和分子水平研究的一种新型而快速有效的研究工具,具有快速、可靠、灵敏、多参数分析和高度选择性。近年 FCM 已广泛应用于肾脏研究领域,分离、鉴定肾小管细胞,肾脏细胞周期分析;应用双色流式细胞术分析肾病的淋巴细胞亚群,研究细胞免疫在肾脏病发生,发展中的意义。利用 FCM 分析 IgA、SLE 患者、肾移植受者血中抗 T、抗 B 和/或抗 HLA-Ⅱ,随着分子免疫学的发展,FCM 将广泛应用于肾脏病研究工作中,其前景诱人。
Flow cytometry is a new and rapid and effective research tool in cellular and molecular level in basic medicine and clinical medicine today. It is fast, reliable, sensitive, multi-parameter analysis and highly selective. In recent years, FCM has been widely used in the field of kidney research, separation, identification of renal tubular cell cycle analysis; application of two-color flow cytometry analysis of nephropathy lymphocyte subsets, cellular immunity in the occurrence and development of renal disease significance. Using FCM to analyze the anti-T, anti-B and / or anti-HLA-Ⅱ in the blood of IgA and SLE patients and renal transplant recipients, with the development of molecular immunology, FCM will be widely used in the research of kidney disease with attractive prospect .
