By reviewing the research and implementation of the task-based pedagogy in our country, this paper boldly proposes the problem of the task-pedagogy in its own point of view. The article probes into the main defects of the task-based pedagogy from three aspects. The main purpose is to clarify the cognition and get rid of the superstition of the pedagogical pedagogy in order to establish a foreign language pedagogy that meets the actual needs of our country based on the reality of our country’s English teaching.
