在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业之间的竞争不仅仅反映在商品之间的竞争,企业文化也成为竞争的一个主要内容。只有立足企业实际,创造性地进行企业文化建设,才能走出一条具有中国特色的社会主义企业文化建设之路。当前,企业文化建设应着重把握好以下几个方面:一、尊重职工的主人翁地位是企业文化建设的根本全心全意依靠工人阶级,尊重广大职工的主人翁地位,是社会主义企业文化和西方企业文化的本质区别之一。全心全意依靠工人阶级,尊重职工的主人翁地位,维护职工的合法权益,组织职工积极参加企业管理,这是社会主义市场经济发展的客观必然要求。
