1 材料 滋生延寿冲剂(由川芎、丹参、白芍等组成):黑龙江中医药大学药理教研室研制;维生素E:哈尔滨制药一厂生产,批号:900115;酚试剂:上海医学化验所提供。动物:昆明种小鼠,由黑龙江中医药大学实验动物中心提供。2 方法 采用比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量,Lowry法测定蛋白质含量。实验分为正常组(n=13);脑缺血组(n=14),腹腔注射0.03％KCN,按0.15ml/10g,造成脑缺血,30min后处死;脑缺血后再通血组(n=14),双侧结扎颈动脉,30min后解除两侧
1 Materials Yansheng Granules (consisting of Chuanxiong, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix paeoniae Alba, etc.): Developed by Department of Pharmacology, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine; Vitamin E: produced by Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory No.: 900915; Phenolic Reagent: Shanghai Medical Laboratory. Animals: Kunming mice were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 2 Methods Malondialdehyde (MDA) content was determined by colorimetry and protein content was determined by Lowry method. The experiment was divided into normal group (n=13); cerebral ischemic group (n=14), intraperitoneal injection of 0.03% KCN, 0.15 ml/10 g, causing cerebral ischemia, and sacrificed 30 minutes later; cerebral ischemia and then blood group (n=14), bilateral carotid artery ligation, release on both sides after 30 minutes
