主席、各位代表:我完全拥护曾主席「解放三年来的工作及今后任务」的报告,以及其它几位负责同志的报告。现在让我代表皖南、北区协商委员会报告三年来的会务概况,请予批评指正。原皖北区和皖南区于一九四九年十月、一九五○年九月,分别召开了首届各界人民代表会议,产生了协商委员会,建立了办公机构和配备了专职干部,并且成立了财经、文教、政治、水利、生产救灾和革命历史文物等委员会。五一年底皖市协商会迁移合肥与皖北协商会合并办公。皖北南协商会分别成立后,计开过协商委员会议十七次,(包括全体委员会,临时委员会和扩大会)各种形式的座谈会,传达报告会共四十 Madam President, distinguished delegates, I fully support Chairman Zeng’s report on the “Three Years of Liberation and Its Future Tasks” and on several other responsible comrades.
