食品安全不仅影响人民群众身体健康,而且关系到国家经济和民生,影响政府公信力和国家形象。但近年来,食品安全危机事件却频繁发生,从检察的角度来看,造成食品安全危机事件频发的原因既有客观方面原因,也有法制监督方面的漏洞,更有食品安全监管环节的职务犯罪所造成。为此加强查办和预防食品安全监管环节职务犯罪工作,成为了今年检察机关工作重点。 Food safety affects not only the people’s health, but also the economy and people’s livelihood of the country, affecting the credibility of the government and the country’s image. However, in recent years, the food safety crisis has occurred frequently. From the procuratorate’s point of view, the causes of the frequent food crisis are not only objective reasons but also loopholes in the supervision of the legal system, as well as job-related crimes in the food safety regulatory chain caused. To this end, strengthening the work of investigating and preventing food and drug regulatory crimes has become the focus of this year’s procuratorial work.
