In the ballad movement of Peking University in the early 20th century, there was an unobtrusive but profound connotation, that is, the mixture of “folk song” and “ballad” More preference. On the one hand, this reflects the process of literary modernization in which the concept of traditional literature was infused with new value under the influence of the times and the implication of a particular nationalist group of intellectuals that adhered to the local literary identity during the course of the conflict between Chinese and Western cultures and the process of social transformation emotion. It can be seen as a political strategy of intentional or unintentional words, which is manifested as both a cultural influence of outward expansion and a community of inner unity and imagination Cultural regulation power.
