针对令牌总线控制系统中节点间数据的传输效率随节点数量增加而降低的情况,采用FPGA技术结合工业以太网提出了一种满足强实时要求的总线型控制系统。通过将整个系统划分为若干个令牌总线型子网络,再将子网络通过工业以太网互联的方法提高了整个系统的实时性。试验结果表明节点间数据通信良好、实时性强,达到了预期效果。
According to the fact that the transmission efficiency of data between nodes in Token bus control system decreases with the increase of nodes, a bus control system that meets strong real-time requirements is proposed by using FPGA technology and Industrial Ethernet. By dividing the whole system into several token bus sub-networks, the sub-network is interconnected via Industrial Ethernet to improve the real-time performance of the whole system. The experimental results show that the data communication between nodes is good and real-time is good, which achieves the expected result.
