目的观察局部应用干扰素联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性,为进一步提高本病的临床疗效提供参考。方法选取在我院皮肤科就诊的尖锐湿疣患者136例,随机分为观察组和对照组各68例。观察组患者采用微波治疗联合干扰素局部应用进行治疗,对照组单纯采用局部微波治疗,每周治疗1次,连续治疗12次后,对比两组患者的治愈率、复发率以及不良反应事件的发生情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组的治愈率为92.65%,复发率为7.35%,对照组的治愈率为70.59%,复发率为29.41%;观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组,而复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中,均未出现严重的不良反应事件。结论局部应用干扰素联合微波治疗可以降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,提高本病的临床疗效,且安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of local application of interferon combined with microwave in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum and provide reference for further improving the clinical curative effect of this disease.
