快速响应侦察是空间快速响应技术的一个重要应用,而合理布设地面站以保障侦察卫星的发射测控和快速数据回收是侦察任务顺利完成的基础。通过分析近地快速覆盖轨道和近地重复覆盖轨道的对地覆盖特性,针对发射测控和快速数据回收提出了地面站的布设原则,结合我国领土特点给出了这2类轨道的地面站布设方案,并求解了该方案所能提供的发射测控弧段长度和侦察数据返回时间。分析表明,在我国境内布设地面站以保障快速响应侦察卫星的发射测控和快速数据回收是可行的,其数据返回时间小于1个轨道周期。
Rapid response reconnaissance is an important application of space rapid response technology. The reasonable deployment of ground stations to ensure the launch surveillance and rapid data recovery of reconnaissance satellites is the basis for successful reconnaissance missions. By analyzing the ground coverage characteristics of near-surface rapid covered orbit and near-surface repeated covered orbit, the principle of laying down ground stations for launch monitoring and rapid data recovery is proposed, and the ground station layout for these two types of orbits is given in light of the characteristics of our country’s terrain , And solved the program can provide the length of the launch of measurement and control of arc reconnaissance data return time. The analysis shows that it is feasible to deploy ground stations in our country to ensure the launch of rapid response reconnaissance satellites and rapid data recovery, and the data return time is less than one orbit.
