利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对煤矿破碎机关键部件锤头进行单体静力分析,得到了使用不同材料锤头的应力、应变分布规律。为煤矿破碎机的锤头设计、选材提供了理论依据。分析结果显示:应力及应变在锤头作用面上分布不均匀,最大应力发生在销轴与销轴孔接触的上边缘处,3种材料均满足安全要求,高锰钢锤头抵抗变形的能力更强,安全系数更高。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the single static analysis of the hammer of the key components of the coal mine crusher. The stress and strain distribution laws of the hammerhead with different materials were obtained. Coal hammer crusher hammer design, selection provides a theoretical basis. The results show that the stress and strain are distributed unevenly on the action surface of the hammerhead, and the maximum stress occurs at the upper edge of the contact between the pin shaft and the pin shaft hole.
