中国法制史作为基础理论课程的定位决定了它理论色彩偏重的特性,故教学重点更多的是关注如何增强理论性教学的效果,而它所具有的和可被开发的应用性的这一面却常常被忽略或被轻视。本文的目光拟聚焦于探索如何增强学生对中国传统法律知识的应用能力,尝试对“案例穿越”、“学生老师”、“法史辩手”等教学方法及其运用进行研究,并最终达到优化教学内容、改进教学方法,提高学生学习这门课程的积极性和主动性,为应用型法律人才的培养准备坚实的理论基底之目的。
