以乙醇为分散介质,用硅烷偶联剂γ-(2,3-环氧丙基)氧化丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)对纳米SiO2进行表面改性。讨论了偶联剂用量对SiO2改性的影响,并采用红外光谱、热失重、扫描电镜、表面羟基滴定等手段表征改性效果。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂与纳米SiO2发生化学反应并接到SiO2表面,改性后的SiO2在有机物中的分散性明显改善。
Nano-SiO2 was surface-modified with silane coupling agent γ- (2,3-epoxypropyl) propyltrimethoxysilane (KH-560) using ethanol as the dispersion medium. The effect of the coupling agent on the modification of SiO2 was discussed. The modification effect was characterized by IR, TG, SEM and surface hydroxyl titration. The results showed that the silane coupling agent reacted with nano-SiO2 and received SiO2 surface. The dispersibility of modified SiO2 in organic matter was obviously improved.
